Project management

These seminar should not be regarded as a recipe "how to start a project", but should be looked at as more of a suggestion of the framework that provides the coordinator of a project a concrete approach, including constant project monitoring. Project management is aimed at persons who wish to develop projects and who are in possibility to refer to their experience and projects of their own.

Changes in the environment and need to adjust them demand a long-term planning. Strategic planning is certainly one of the most important management proceedings and represents decision-making process on the way and place toward which the organization is aiming in the future. It is always long-termed and usually covers period of 1 to 5 years.
