The European Center for Not-for-Profit Law (ECNL) contributed to the public consultation on the Financial Regulation review. Commission gave space for beneficiaries to set in the spotlight the practical issues they face and suggest solutions based on good practices in order to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of Community funding.
