OPEN COMMUNICATION FOR YOUNG PEOPLE - SPARKLE,POSTURE!

In the begining of the year 2001, Civic Initiatives started a project: «Sparkle, posture», within youth programme.

Within this project we are organizing events for young people all over Serbia, giving them opportunity to make debates on problems of young people. Events are realized in form of debates on different topics.

Particularly, trained teams confront attitudes on certain topic, and the winner is the team which has better arguments. After final words of teams, audience has a chance to give their opinion and evaluate which group had better arguments, apropos, which of teams was more convincing in emersion.

Meeting days

Meeting days, seven-day campaign of interculturality, which was held in Nis, with the cooperative organization of «Civic Initiatives» from Belgrade and «Protekta» from Nis. The goal of this campaign was promotion of different cultures, acquaintance and learning on different models, increasing consciousness of citizens on tolerance, diversity, as well as promoting inerculturalism as mutual, equal and procurative exchange among all cultural entities which have contact.

Meeting days are realized with the support of large number of non-governmental organizations, local media from Nis, and large number of volunters from Spain and Serbia. During these seven days in Nis , concerts of etno music, debates, tribunes, street performances, literature nights dedicated to literature of people of Balkans, projections of Balkan cinematografy, were organized.
