Although the state of emergency in Serbia was lifted on May 6, given the large number of violations, the Civic Initiatives will continue to monitor the situation in the field of all human rights in the coming period.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The previous period was marked by verbal attacks, threats and insults on the activist of the United Movement of Free Tenants from Nis for wearing a T-shirt with the inscription Don&#8217;t Let Belgrade D(r)own, as well as sociologist and director of the Bureau for Social Research, Zoran Gavrilovic, after his appearing on N1 television. Threats and attacks were also directed at the work of independent media outlets such as the case of the interception of a KRIK journalist and the confiscation of work equipment.
