Although the state of emergency in Serbia was lifted on May 6, given the large number of violations, Civic Initiatives will continue to monitor the situation in the field of all human rights in the coming period.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The previous period was marked by unfounded accusations against the association and activists of the &#8220;Center for Ecology and Sustainable Development &#8211; CEKOR&#8221; by the phantom portal Prismotra. net to work against the interests of the state and to represent &#8220;economic killers of Serbia&#8221;. This case represents one in a series of tabloid attacks on all those associations that advocate for transparency in their work and which demand answers from the competent authorities to questions concerning the safety, health and general well-being of the citizens of Serbia. Also, the topic of institutional pressure on 20 individuals and 37 civil society organizations by the Directorate for Prevention of Money Laundering at the Ministry of Finance is still current.
