March 26 – April 8 2021.<\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

The past period was marked by the firm determination of the highest state representatives to deny the findings of the reports of the relevant international institutions. Their determination not to recognize the existence of real problems in the area of rule of law, independence of the judiciary and freedom of the media and expression was accompanied by cases that confirm these problems. In this regard, the local media were attacked, which were the subject of lawsuits with astronomical compensation, all with the aim of discouraging them from future reporting. The practice of abusing phantom portals to discredit the media and journalists who objectively perform their work, following the example of the matrix of activities of GONGO organizations, has also continued.<\/p>\n
