{"id":14867,"date":"2022-06-10T10:43:44","date_gmt":"2022-06-10T08:43:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.gradjanske.org\/?p=14867"},"modified":"2022-06-10T10:43:44","modified_gmt":"2022-06-10T08:43:44","slug":"civil-society-in-kosovo-and-serbia-call-for-the-rule-of-law-to-be-respected-in-decan-decani","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.gradjanske.org\/en\/civil-society-in-kosovo-and-serbia-call-for-the-rule-of-law-to-be-respected-in-decan-decani\/","title":{"rendered":"Civil society in Kosovo and Serbia call for the rule of law to be respected in De\u00e7an\/De\u010dani"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"s2\"><strong>We, the undersigned, are concerned by the negative and lasting consequences of the recent statement by the mayor of De\u00e7an\/De\u010dani, Bashkim Ramosaj, vowing that the decision of the Constitutional Court of Kosovo on De\u00e7an\/De\u010dane Monastery&#8217;s land ownership will never be implemented.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"s2\">All judgments of the Constitutional Court of Kosovo should be upheld.
