Elections Under the Magnifying Glass<\/strong><\/p>\n
The Civic Initiatives organisation will continuously monitor and document cases of violations of freedom of expression, assembly, and association during the pre-election campaign. We will highlight all shortcomings and unlawful practices during the election campaign, including cases of abuse of public resources and public office for campaigning purposes. We will report on all these issues to the public on a weekly basis.<\/span><\/p>\n
Over the past week, numerous cases of pressure and repression against journalists and media outlets have been recorded. The pre-election <\/span>atmosphere<\/span> in Serbia has been marked by tension and violence, primarily targeting students and supporters of the Student List, with the number of such incidents increasing as election day approaches.<\/span><\/p>\n
