Empowering Civil Society Through a Learning Environment (ECSTALE) is a project funded under the Erasmus+ Programme and 
aims at creating a Learning Environment for CSOs, giving the opportunity to 7 partners from Greece, Cyprus, Italy, Bulgaria, Estonia, Serbia, Israel working with CSOs and with significant experience in their field to meet and share good practices that will help them acquire new skills.
This is a 22-month cooperation result of which will be that all partners, as well as their beneficiaries (civil society organizations), will have the chance to elevate their work, advance their performance and enhance their social impact.
The project consortium consists of:

- Civic Initiatives-Citizens Association for Democracy and Civic Education – Serbia

Results:
- · Mapping of good practices, successful strategies, and methods
- · Exchange good practices, tools and programs
- · Enhance the skills of staff members who will participate in the three Learning/Teaching/Training Activities
- · Bring together and reinforce the collaboration among the partner organizations
- · Generate innovative ideas and create new tools
- · More than 4.000 members of civil society organizations will improve their skills and services
