During the reporting period, an increased number of cases involving threats, targeting, and obstruction of the work of journalists and media outlets were recorded. N1 television journalist Danica Vučenić received a letter containing death threats directed at her and members of her family. Cases of hate speech and ethnically motivated targeting of journalists were also documented, including those involving journalist Dinko Gruhonjić and journalist Getoarba Mulići. In addition to threats and targeting campaigns, incidents restricting the work of media outlets were recorded. Following a protest against the opening of an Israeli drone manufacturing facility, several participants in the gathering were detained.
